Responsibilities

•Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience
•Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process
•Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
•Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
•Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
•Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
•Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities

Qualifications

• Real estate license or Actively working to acquire license (We can help you get one!)
•Energized by an open-ended compensation plan
•Passionate about selling and helping people.
•Provide world-class service
•Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
•A consistent top performer in sales
•High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
•You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
•You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
