Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Prepare necessary paperwork for contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers
Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
Pleasant, trustworthy, and friendly demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older
