Job Responsibilities
- Create precise and clear technical design specifications at the appropriate level of detail
- Provide customer value by delivering high-quality software components and services
- Proactively identify and suggest new and alternative technologies to create scalable implementations and achieve desired outcomes
- Offer guidance and training to junior team members to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness
- Actively Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance and maturity
- Volunteer for work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery; coordinate efforts across the team to ensure completion and effectiveness
- Participate and contribute to scrum meetings i.e., daily stand-up, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives
- Foster self-organization within the team and collaborate with peers to determine the team's functioning.
- Collaborate with the Technology and Product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Efficiently work on technical prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Typical Qualifications - Possess 4-8 years of software development experience with a proven track record of contributing to complex full-stack applications
- Experience with working in an Agile environment
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Perl/Python, TypeScript, and ReactJS
- Extensive experience in building and deploying containerized applications on cloud platforms like AWS ECS/EKS, Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Desirable skills include Unix/Linux, SQL, RESTful API knowledge.
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development is a plus
- Understanding or experience with Drools, DMN, and Rules Engine is a plus
- Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Possess strong time management skills
Estimated Min Rate : $98000.00
Estimated Max Rate : $140000.00
