Responsibilities: · Provide direct patient care in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield campuses. · Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation therapists, physicists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. · Oversee simulation, contouring, treatment planning, and on-treatment management in accordance with institutional and national standards. · Lead adaptive planning and daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes. · Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences. · Contribute to departmental quality assurance, safety initiatives, and process improvement activities. · Engage in education, mentorship, and potential clinical research in alignment with Hartford HealthCare’s academic and community mission. · Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
