MPS is seeking a talented Quality Manager . The Quality Manager (QM) serves as a key member of the plant leadership team, guiding the Quality Department and championing a culture of excellence. This role is responsible for developing and executing a site?specific quality strategy that aligns with the broader corporate objectives. The QM oversees all aspects of the quality function, including the integrated management system, supplier quality and incoming inspection, quality control and assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through effective leadership and collaboration, QM ensures that quality standards are met or exceeded across all operations, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This role is based in our York, SC, plant.
