Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the quality of L6-L11 manufacturing process, including but not limited to IQC, PQC, OQC, customer complaint handling, outsourcing on-site management, etc.;
• Led local QC & QE quality assurance work to ensure the quality of outgoing products to reach the standard;
• Build, optimize, upgrade and localize the quality system to ensure the quality assurance system meets the company and customer requirements;
• Cooperate with manufacturing, engineering, R&D and other departments to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction;
• Hold local quality activities such as product quality planning, training, product quality improvement activities etc. timely to improve the quality competitiveness of the factory;
• Able to supervise and manage the cooperative CM factory to ensure the quality indicator meets the requirements;
• Able to communicate and build connection with overseas customers; can effectively deal with customer audit, customer complaints, etc.

Qualifications

• Base USA, capable of traveling to Taiwan, Southeast Asia and other places;
• Familiar with server, computer manufacturing industry; Strong quality management ability, able to skillfully use QC seven techniques, master Lean methodology;
• Strong emotional intelligence, strong communication and expression skills, able to communicate well internally and externally;
• Bilingual in mandarin is highly preferred;
• Dare to break through, rigorous and meticulous work.
