Join Our Team at MCAW – Program Manager for Adolescent Mental Health Services
At the Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW), we are dedicated to transforming the lives of adolescents and their families. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our Outpatient Program in Lynnfield, MA, offering in-person PHP and IOP services to adolescents ages 13-17.
This leadership position is key to driving high outcomes through the oversight of clinical services and day-to-day operations. The Program Manager is responsible for the crucial role of fostering a positive organizational culture that emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and excellence. With a focus on program development and evidence-based care, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services for adolescents struggling with mental health conditions. The Program Manager will report directly to the Director of Outpatient Services
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in mental health settings, with a proven ability to inspire teams and engage families. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating a culture of support, accountability, and high performance to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Must hold a MA License as an LICSW or LMHC**
