Job Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all BPA calls.
• Provide overall contract oversight, ensuring timely and high-quality performance of all awarded calls.
• Designated as Key Personnel; cannot be replaced without prior CO acknowledgment.
• Must be a senior-level employee, supported by an alternate when unavailable.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Project management and subject matter experts must be available at call kickoff; a call lead will be assigned to each order.

• Bachelor's (required)
• Master's (preferred)

• PMP or equivalent certification
• ITIL or Agile/Scrum knowledge helpful

• 10+ years managing federal IT/records/data contracts
• Experience with records management standards (NARA, litigation holds)
• Familiarity with Documentum, Oracle APEX, ProSource, Petrel, EndNote, GIS
• Proven success managing multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts

• Strong communication with both executive and technical stakeholders
• Ability to oversee geographically dispersed and onsite-heavy (90%) teams
• Leadership in compliance, reporting, and quality assurance
