Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic
2nd Shift Supervisor to lead our client's production team and ensure smooth, efficient operations during evening hours. In this role, you’ll oversee critical aspects of plant operations - including production, maintenance, safety, quality control, scheduling, and workforce management - while fostering a positive culture and driving continuous improvement.

Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-12:30 AM (Every other Friday off)
Pay Rate: $35/hour
Type: Temp-to-hire

What You’ll Do - Lead & Motivate: Organize and inspire your team to achieve production targets while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to ISO/GMP and other regulatory standards.
- Drive Efficiency: Monitor daily operations, resolve scheduling issues, and manage small to medium-sized projects.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams - engineering, quality, planning - and interact externally with suppliers and customers.
- Promote Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Policy & Process: Interpret and administer company policies and procedures for your team.
What You Bring - Positive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or HS +10 yrs work experience; Associates +6 yrs work experience)
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
