We’re a fast-growing, family-owned promotional product and apparel company looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in Watertown, WI. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fun, hardworking crew, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the production of custom apparel, including printing and embroidery
• Manage the incoming inventory: receiving, checking, and organizing products
• Help with shipping and receiving orders
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Help coordinate the daily production schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in production or apparel is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
