Title: Production and Game Entertainment Internship
Internship Description: Hands-on experience in live sports entertainment and event production.
Areas of Learning: - Learn to rate, manage, schedule, and confirm talent for live events.
- Assist in prepping, booking, and supporting entertainment acts on game days.
- Acquire skills in Digital Entertainment Data Entry (Internal Gameday Sheet, Sideline Sports (BB), and In-Game Waivers)
- Contribute to content creation based on current trends for in-game videos and promotions.
- Assist Game Entertainment Coordinator with Sponsorship Activations such as (Trak Sponsored Graphics, and Trak Sponsored Reads)
- Gain insights into sponsorship activations, including corporate partner-sponsored graphics, reads, and triggers.
- Learn how to build music and sound bites corresponding to theme nights, player-chosen walk-up songs, and Daily Playlist updates
- Collaborate with department members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for Promotions Team
- Learn the art of gathering and creating video content related to entertainment and baseball elements during the season and on media days.
- Receive training in creating and editing graphics for in-stadium displays and the Aces TV Broadcast.
- Hands-on experience in broadcast and production setup, and content creation featuring Reno Aces layers and fans on game days for in-venue and social platforms.

Timeline: - To be determined, with an expected conclusion date of September 26, 2025, following the end of the Reno Aces season.
Hours: - Approximately 16 hours per week, with daily hours contingent on the number of days worked and academic schedules Report times vary based on assigned duties.
- Encouraged to participate in 4 Reno Aces game days per homestand (approx. 16 hours) and 3 days in the office (approx. 12 hours) on non-game weeks.
Compensation: The internship may be eligible to earn college credit. The internship is unpaid and is not entitled to a paid job at the internship's end.
