Position Title:  Production 

Wage: $20.50/hour

Shift:  Days

Production Responsibilities:
- Remove cheese forms from brine to conveyor
- Monitor automated cheese extraction process
- Follow GMPs (good manufacturing practices) and company procedures
- Perform Bagging, scaling, labeling, and preparing cheese for shipping
- Place cheese black into air filled pouch
- Complete visual inspection of package
- Rinse and sanitize equipment throughout shift
- Ensure continuous flow of product and monitor proper positioning, spacing, sealing and labeling
- Set up, monitor and troubleshoot equipment
- Box and palletize product

Requirements for Production:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Able to stand and walk with frequent bending, twisting and pushing
- Able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to maintain high degree of hygiene
- Able to read, understand and carry out written procedures
- Able to pass company screening process
- Strong math, reading, writing, and computer skills
