Basics - The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 2nd and end July 31st.
- This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.

Position Overview Reporting to the Product Operations Lead, the Product Operations Intern will gain insights into two key areas of Product Development. First, the intern will assist Product Development team members with various stages of the development cycle, understanding the process of taking a product from concept to market. Additionally, the intern will learn about the operational aspects that support this process, focusing on the behind-the-scenes efforts. Responsibilities may include assisting in building the development calendar, managing milestones, supporting the PLM system, tracking sample spending, and preparing presentations for leadership.
Responsibilities - Shadow and support the Product Development team. Observe a product's journey from concept to market and assist with any necessary tasks along the way.
- Build and maintain the Product Development calendar to ensure timely execution of milestones and product launches.
- Establish relationships with internal cross-functional partners to meet departmental needs while developing the calendar.
- Help manage and coordinate key milestone meetings.
- Provide operational support for special projects and new category launches.
- Manage PLM licenses for internal and external partners.
- Maintain product data within the PLM system, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Conduct data audits within the PLM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PLM as they arise.
- Support PLM enhancements, including related testing.
- Track sample spending, analyze invoicing, and compare against the budget.
- Monitor departmental cost savings and manage communication with leadership.
- Synthesize data from various teams into high-level presentations for leadership.
