Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Experience working with development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other 3D development software. Experience with AR/VR development and deployment. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting). Experience with real-time rendering, physics simulation, and animation. Experience with building developer tools and APIs. Experience with machine learning and AI as it relates to 3D rendering. Experience with cloud-based 3D rendering and streaming technologies, with excellent communication and presentation skills. At Google, we put our users first. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the 3D rendering and extended reality (XR) landscape. Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and releases. Conduct user research and gather feedback from developers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. Work with engineering, design, and research teams to ensure alignment and communication. Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in 3D rendering technology in AI.
