Job Description

We’re looking for a curious, driven Product Design Intern to help us build the world’s most advanced creative automation platform for digital advertising.

If you’re excited by the intersection of design, AI, and prototyping, this is the place for you. We’re especially interested in candidates who are already experimenting with emerging AI-powered workflows and tools (Figma Make, v0, Cursor) and who want to explore how these capabilities can transform modern creative tooling.

You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, engineering, and business teams to shape intuitive, elegant solutions for complex creative AI workflows. You’ll iterate rapidly, contribute to everything from early concepts to polished prototypes, and bring a strong sense of UX, and aesthetics.

Your responsibilities:

• Research trends and activities in the digital advertising market and professional creative software landscape
• Ask questions and listen actively in order to understand the needs and goals of Celtra’s teams for particular design projects
• Assist in the research and development of projects from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong interest in AI-driven creative tooling, with a willingness to experiment and learn
• A portfolio showcasing strong product design work (UI/UX, visual design, interaction design, or related)
• Familiarity with foundational design concepts including information architecture, typography, usability, and user testing
• A self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Located in the NYC area, with the ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week throughout the internship

Details:

• Hours: 30-40 per week
• Duration: February to April (3 months)
• Pay: $30-40 per hour pending ability, portfolio, and other relevant experience/exposure
