Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 + Commission: 5% on sales, Healthcare, PTO, 401k
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Excellence: Manage the complete event sales cycle from initial inquiries through contract execution and post-event follow-up
- Orchestrate Seamless Events: Partner with culinary and operations teams to deliver flawless event execution and exceptional guest experiences
- Build Strategic Relationships: Generate and nurture leads through targeted outreach, networking, and cultivating lasting client partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in private event sales, catering, or hospitality management within fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
- Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in events or the hospitality industry
- Event Expertise: Skilled in planning and executing events of all scales with unwavering focus on guest experience excellence
