Print production specialist
Holyoke, MA (onsite)

Daily responsibilities:

• Learning to work in a Print & Mail Center surrounding.
• Lifting can include moving a case of copy paper from a pallet to a cart for transporting to printers.
• There will be standing, walking, and sitting at a computer in this position.
• Staff is always willing to help each other with lifting.
• Person who will succeed in this role has Printing, Mail, Shipping, Computer knowledge, etc.
• We train so makes it easier if someone has some basic skills mentioned.

This position is responsible for various office maintenance tasks and support services in a Print & Mail Center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in office areas: trash removal, cleaning, restocking pantries, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks: light carpentry, patching, painting, lamp replacement, and installation of fixtures (e.g., pictures, whiteboards).
• Set up meeting and conference rooms.
• Distribute office supplies and handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes.
• Assist with customer occupant moves within facilities.
• Maintain inventory records for supplies needed.
• Perform general clerical duties as required.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver s license may be required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide good customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be versatile, dexterous, and capable of using hand tools.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials, standing, walking, and sitting as required.
