Principal SAP MM Consultant

Job Summary:
As a Principal SAP MM Consultant , you will be a key contributor in shaping client solutions by analyzing requirements, recommending best practices, and delivering scalable SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will lead design workshops, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure project deliverables align with business goals while guiding a consulting team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP MM design and configuration efforts, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, MRP, Valuation, and Variant Configuration
- Deliver S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define problem statements and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and process design documentation
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and front-end client interactions for deliverables
- Guide WRICEF development and oversee MM integrations with SD, PP, FI/CO, and SCM (APO)
- Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with business and technical teams
- Leverage strong communication and leadership to solve complex issues
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (will consider 3 years of relevant experience per year in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 11 years of experience in IT and SAP solutions
- Experience in SAP MM configuration and deployment
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- 11+ years in SAP Business Process Consulting and Solution Architecture
- Deep experience in S/4HANA Material and Inventory Management
- Expertise in processes like JIT, S2L, and Kanban within IS-Auto
- Strong knowledge of WRICEF objects, EDI, IDoc, and Batch Processing
- Familiarity with RF scanning device integration
- SAP product certifications (a plus)
