Description


Beaufort Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time radiation oncologist to work at New River Oncology, located in beautiful Okatie, near Bluffton, SC.

The center is equipped with a state-of-the-art Varian Halcyon treatment system, CT-simulator, ARIA oncology EMR, and Eclipse treatment planning system. Staff includes full-time onsite nursing and therapists with support from a full-time physicist and a dosimetrist. The center has a sister site, Keyserling Cancer Center, in Beaufort, 22 miles away, equipped with a Varian TrueBeam linac with the same treatment planning and management systems. The physician at New River will focus on that site but will have access to the Beaufort center as well. The physicians at the two sites will partner to build the practices at both facilities.

About the opportunity:

• 5 days/ week, Mon - Fri with hours of 8am to 4pm

Certifications/Licenses:

• Current South Carolina MD or DO license.
