What You Will Do:
New patient evaluation and follow up visits with ongoing POC management
Complete all documentation in a timely manner
Actively participate in In-House Continuing Education presentations
Participate in marketing activities, as needed
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
One year of experience in the outpatient Ortho setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Someone who brings more than skills – you bring a desire to make a difference.
A proactive learner, eager to explore and grow in diverse areas of physical therapy.

Posted Salary Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $92,000.00 /Yr.
