Job Description Job duties include: Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations and provide out-of-the-box solutions as per client requirements. Involve in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) activities of the project including requirement gathering, development, testing, and support operations. Compile and assess user feedback to Design, recommend and improve existing software products and work closely with Pega expert service team. Design, Develop and mentor resources to ensure that business solutions cater to customer requirements. Documenting technical specifications, application functionality, and configurations for reference and future maintenance Develop custom applications and integrations using Pega BPM and Pega PRPC Environment. Troubleshoot and debug Pega applications to identify and resolve issues or defects. Assist with planning an execution of unit, .integration and user acceptance testing. Prepare End User Manuals, Work-flow charts for Pega software and other systems users. Provide post-implementation support and resolve critical and high-priority tickets as per the SLAs.
