Overview Location: Chicago, IL Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to lead and support initiatives in Claims Assessment and PEGA based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in insurance or healthcare claims processing combined with strong hands-on experience in PEGA development and solution architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end claims assessment processes including intake validation, adjudication and resolution Design and implement PEGA based workflows and decisioning systems to automate and optimize claims operations Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging PEGA capabilities Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific standards in claims handling Mentor junior consultants and developers on PEGA best practices and claims domain knowledge Perform system testing, UAT support and production deployment activities Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations Required Skills Experience 6 years of experience in claims assessment, insurance, healthcare or financial services 5 years of hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC v8x or higher preferred PEGA certifications CSA CSSA or LSA strongly preferred Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, adjudication rules and compliance requirements Experience in integrating PEGA with external systems, APIs, databases, etc. Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Life at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. Salary Transparency: Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $69,000 - $96,665 yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
