Partners lead a practice/vertical/client account and are responsible for sales, consulting delivery, growth and people development. They develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, capture and convert premium consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements for Wipro, improve maturity of consulting services and deliver impact on Wipros business. The Partner must achieve personal billability at high fee rates.
Expected compensation ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00. Final compensation will depend on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipros standard benefits including medical, dental, disability, paid time off, and additional leave options.
