Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This role involves providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth operations, with a commitment of 10 hours per week. The ideal Part-Time Administrative Assistant candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and skilled in handling a variety of tasks efficiently. What you get to do every single day: - Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings using Zoom to facilitate team discussions and events. - Manage administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately. - Prepare and send correspondence, including newsletters, to maintain effective communication. - Provide support to the program team with various administrative tasks as needed. - Maintain and organize documentation to streamline office processes. - Assist with data entry and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Respond to inbound calls and inquiries professionally, providing timely assistance. - Utilize tools such as Office Suite and Google Workspace to complete tasks effectively. - Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment through reliable support. - Collaborate with team members to ensure operational continuity and success. Requirements Other requirements for the Part-Time Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in administrative support or a related role. - Proficiency in Office Suite applications and Google Workspace is essential. - Familiarity with MailChimp is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact proficiently. - Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
