Delta Township is currently accepting applications for full-time paramedic/firefighters. The position of paramedic/fire-fighter with Delta Township is under the supervision of the shift captain, serving when on-duty for assigned shifts or call responses. All rules mandated by the Michigan Department of Health, the Tri-County Emergency Medical Control Authority protocols and the fire department Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines must be observed. Responds to all emergency medical and fire calls as assigned.
Qualifications:
All licenses and certificates must be submitted with application. Candidates will be selected based upon successful completion of the written, practical, and physical ability testing as well as an interview, background screening, and a pre-employment physical.
