Job Description

1. More than 1 year experience in overseas Internet and pan-entertainment business;
2. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Turkish, able to communicate with native speakers;
3. Experience of living and studying in Turkey is preferred;
4. Strong communication, execution and innovative thinking skills;
5. Good data analysis and processing ability. Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the localization operation of social products, build the local guild system, and expand the guild and anchor;
2. Flexibly adjust the user side and guild anchor side policies based on regional operation;
3. Responsible for the construction and management of local teams (bd, customer service, etc.);
4. Continuously promote regional scale improvement through user insight and data analysis;
