Join Our Team as an Order Assembly Specialist – 3rd Shift

Liberty, MO | 3rd Shift | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Fulfill custom greeting card orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Pick, print, process, finish, and package orders to customer specifications.
  • Operate laser printers, paper banders, folders, FedEx shipping stations, envelope sealers, and more.
  • Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve printing and equipment issues.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.
  • Work across both Order Assembly and High Speed production areas.
When You’ll Work:
  • This is a 3rd Shift position
  • Standard shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Throughout the year, and especially during peak season, shifts will extend to:
    • 10-hour shift : 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    • 12-hour shift : 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Overtime and weekends are required

Who We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with computers, office equipment, or mailing machines.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work night shift.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice.
  • Experience with automated printing/mailing equipment, Detailed Project Instructions (DPI), Card Fulfillment System, and FedEx Manager.
  • Strong communication, basic math, and reading skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Works constructively as part of a diverse team .
