We are looking for a Temp/Seasonal Office Assistant (20-30 hrs. per week) to perform duties associated with asphalt products at our terminal located in Hardin, MT. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual committed to quality, accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team environment and on self-directed tasks, are necessary. Responsibilities File and organize documents. Scan and prepare documents to be emailed. prepare and pack lab samples for shipments. Assist drivers on the scale weighing in and out. Answer, transfer, and take phone messages. Other office task as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (required) High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Qualifications 2 or more years in an office environment Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Physical Requirements Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
