We are looking for Office Assistant / Appointment setter to work in eastern & pacific time Zones .

Responsibilities:

• Answer call, text and email potential clients as needed.
• Call potential leads calls in all platforms of our lead sources ,while talking to customers must explaining all about our services and answers all questions as needed .
• Update CRM schedule dispatch system that have also a tech reports .
• Set appointments for our technician from the CRM system.
• Send confirmation emails and make re-confirmation calls .
• Updates Google Calendars as far as google reviews and leads update and disputes.
• Sending Estimates and Invoice
• Follow up Estimates and Payments getting bonuses on jobs you close over the phone .

Requirements:

• Fluent and a professional level of English, Both Spoken and written. THIS IS A MUST.
• 1+ years Sales or customer service experience/appointment setter Ideally by telephone.
• Cold calling/Outbound calling experience ideal.
• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Tech savvy.
• Experience of CRMs (Workiz) an advantage .
• Additional Spanish Languages are a plus
