Responsibilities of the Office Assistant

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing, emailing, faxing

• Check office supplies levels and place appropriate orders

• Create and format proposals, contracts, and other documents

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable

Preferred Qualifications of the Office Assistant

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong Microsoft Office experience

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Outstanding communication skills

The Office Assistant role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a salary range of $35,000 - $40,000 depending on experience.
