As part of the Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) system, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC) features a 26-bed Level III NICU and serves as a regional perinatal center in southeast Baltimore City. Our NICU cares for infants from 23 weeks gestational age and above, addressing a wide range of neonatal pathologies and complexities while providing a full spectrum of respiratory support devices including bubble CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, ventilator, and inhaled nitric oxide. As a provider in our NICU, you will attend high-risk deliveries, care for NICU patients, and be a member of our Pediatric Code Team while also having the opportunity to engage in research, education, mentoring, and patient safety intiatives.Benefits:
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and patient care excellence As an independent healthcare provider, the NNP/APP will: Take medical histories and perform physical examinations Order and interpret laboratory tests Perform procedures including intubations, ventilator management, central line placements, thoracentesis, thoracostomy, exchange transfusions, lumbar punctures, suprapubic taps Prescribe controlled and non-controlled substances and perform intraosseous (IO) procedures Shifts: Full-time, 36 hours per week Rotating day and night shifts Weekends and holidays requiredApplication Instructions:

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
