Night Auditor

Job Requirements:

• Greet guests who arrive to the hotel by welcoming them to the hotel
• Understand guest service needs and exceed guest expectations by taking advantage of opportunities to add a special touch
• Handle guests' check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner
• Coordinate the delivery of luggage to guestrooms upon check-in and pick up upon departure
• Provide recognition to repeat guests
• Maintain and adhere to hotel policies regarding cash banks and make daily deposits with accurate report of receipts daily
• Ensure the accuracy and balance of front office accounting records and prepare summaries of financial data on a daily basis
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination
• Properly handle and reports associate and guest accidents
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in other departments and as assigned by management
• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services and/or night audit preferred
• Demonstrate strong reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Demonstrate strong computer skills
• Must have valid Drivers License

Physical Demands:

• Continuous standing/walking 100% of the shift
• Lifting/carrying required up to 70 lbs
• Pushing/pulling required up to 200 lbs
• Bending/kneeling required frequently
• Computer use 75% of the time
