Position Overview: REMOTE Outbound Call Agent


Join our dynamic remote team in a critical role where you'll ensure our healthcare clients receive patient records swiftly and accurately. As a REMOTE Outbound Call Agent you'll make high-volume outbound calls, verify essential information, and maintain precise records, all while working from home and following a Central Time (Houston) schedule.


Location: Fully remote (must reside within a 60-minute radius of Houston, TX 77086)


Pay Rate: $16/hour + full benefits, paid weekly


Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am-4:30 pm CST (schedule flexibility based on team needs)


Start Date: Anticipated October 2025


Equipment: All required tools and technology will be fully supplied and shipped directly to your home


Key Responsibilities:


Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare facilities to retrieve patient charts


Accurately record, verify, and input all gathered information


Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and adhere to internal company protocols

Qualifications:


Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (required)


Previous experience in healthcare or medical records is highly preferred but not required


High school diploma or equivalent


Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace


Must reside within a 60-minute radius of Houston, TX (zip code 77086)
