About the Role

The Company is seeking a Middle School Division Head to succeed a long-serving, visionary leader and steward the evolution of a rich and complex academic program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating language immersion offerings with the IB Middle Years Programme framework, ensuring alignment with the French Ministry of Education, and supporting international travel and exchange programs. This role requires a leader with a genuine love for middle school students, a warm presence, and excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse community. The ideal candidate will be internationally minded, with experience in culturally rich schools, and a strong preference for fluency in French. The Division Head will also be tasked with supporting the professional development of teachers, advocating for student support, and aligning with the school's strategic plan for a united vision. Applicants for the Middle School Division Head position at the company should be prepared to bring a fresh perspective to the division's systems and processes, mentor teacher leaders, and optimize communication and role clarity. The role demands a leader who can assess and align student support, considering whole-child wellness and the increasing understanding of neurodiversity. The candidate must be a compelling and clear communicator, capable of engaging in difficult conversations with tact. Experience in the IB accreditation process is a plus. The company is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply.
