Medical Records Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and validate provider records, including credentialing and attestation data
  • Update multiple systems with accurate information from providers and licensing boards
  • Communicate by phone and email with internal teams and provider groups to resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily quality and productivity goals
  • Flag and escalate inconsistencies in provider documentation

Top 3 Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and driven to grow in a healthcare environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in credentialing, provider data management, or healthcare administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication style
