Job Purpose:

Participate in daily operations of material control department including team KPI management, inventory management, warehouse management, and releasing PO

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

1) Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Maintain target storage capacity with analyzing data and performing daily action plans

(Rack Repair/Replacement, Inventory Relocation)

- Process Improvement (Participate in CIP activity)

- Manage team KPI

- Participate in Daily warehouse improvement activity and TFT

2) OSP Management

- Daily, Weekly PO Order management

- Physical inventory management by bi-months

- Target safety stock level controlling

- Transportation cost controlling

- Inventory adjustment for Defect materials of OSP suppliers by a memo report

3) Release PO(Demand) to supplier

- Analyze Long Term Plan that distributed by Production Control

- Update MRP data into the PO Managing file in timely manner

- Release PO to suppliers every week

- Manage suppliers' issues based on Key Performance Indicator such as PO vs Receipt

- Confirm Advanced Receiving Notice info based on suppliers' ASN info and validate receipts on time

- Balance Out Management - Avoid unplanned Premium freight and excess inventory

- Monthly closing to ensure balance of ARNs and actual receipts

- Communicate with Supplier and relevant team

4) Inventory Management

- Analyze and set up proper inventory level for each part

- Maintain proper inventory level (Minimize inventory level without material shortage)

- Maintain 100% Inventory accuracy b/t actual and system(GMES(SCL), SAP)

- Analysis inventory movement in system

- Slow moving (Long term) inventory management

- Non value materials control

5) Delivery Management

- Transportation management including LDC rate

- Delivery schedule management from Suppliers (ETD, ETA)

6) EO / 4M/ New Program management

- Support all EO changes and launching new program

- Minimize premium-shipping cost by managing EO/New program schedule

7) Monthly closing

- Logistic cost matching and register onto SAP system

- AP voucher creation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior work experience in materials/supply chain management field within the automotive industry preferred
• Bilingual is preference

Technical Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.

Non-Technical Competencies:

Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Supply chain management, Material control, and/or Purchasing experience desired
