EXP Journeys is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and deepen client engagement. This role will oversee all facets of marketing communication, including social media strategy, newsletters, campaigns, and client outreach. As a key player on our team, you will organize and deploy marketing efforts that showcase EXP Journeys transformative luxury travel experiences to a discerning global audience. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, and the ability to translate unique journeys into captivating campaigns. Anticipated Start: January 2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: This position is primarily remote but requires some in-person time for meetings, projects, and event preparation. Compensation: This position is salaried, paid twice monthly, and eligible for an incentive program. What Youll Do 1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and leads for EXP Journeys. Craft clear, targeted messaging to align with the brands luxury ethos and resonate with current and prospective clients. Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, social media, website, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI. 2. Social Media Leadership Build and manage the social media content calendar to strategically highlight EXP Journeys offerings, WOW moments, and luxury brand personality. Develop engaging, platform-optimized content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that inspires and informs. Foster audience engagement through active community managementresponding to comments, messages, and cultivating brand relationships. Use analytics tools to track performance, report insights, and inform strategy. 3. Email Marketing & Newsletters Plan, write, and execute client newsletters and email marketing campaigns that align with EXP Journeys voice and mission. Leverage audience segmentation to deliver tailored, high-value content to key client groups. Collaborate on visual design to ensure stunning, on-brand email templates. Track and analyze email performance (open rates, conversions, engagement) to optimize future campaigns. 4. Content Development & Storytelling Write and edit engaging content for newsletters, social media, and campaign materials to reflect EXPs commitment to luxury, creativity, and storytelling. Develop original copy and campaign messaging that highlights EXPs unique approach, client testimonials, guides, and extraordinary travel moments. Gather authentic stories from clients, guides, and local vendors to deepen the emotional connection with our brand. 5. Brand Management Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials. Act as a brand steward, refining EXPs tone of voice and visual identity to resonate with high-end clientele. Partner with team members to develop promotional assets for new offerings, events, and high-value trip initiatives. 6. Marketing Initiatives & Outreach Manage paid marketing initiatives (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and client inquiries. Lead outreach efforts for special events, partnerships, and industry showcases to amplify EXP Journeys presence. Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends to continually innovate EXPs marketing approach. What Youll Bring Experience: 46 years in marketing, communications, or brand management, with a proven track record in campaign development and digital marketing. Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute multi-platform strategies that align with business goals. Creative Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to luxury audiences. Digital Expertise: Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), and analytics platforms. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Analytical Skills: Experience using performance metrics to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
