Job Description

**Position Purpose:**

Works with the sales and marketing team in representing the companys products and services to customers and

prospects. Develops, implements and manages the strategies including: sales, marketing, communications and

public relations. Develops strategic marketing and operation initiatives to complement and support the company

goals and objectives.

Primary Duties /Responsibilities

• Meets with appropriate managers to assess communication, sales and marketing needs.
• Researches, develops and coordinates communication and marketing materials including, but not limited to advertising, multi-media packages, letters, brochures, direct mail pieces, video, presentations, web site, proposals, SOQs, audit packages and point of purchase displays.
• Manages printing and graphic design suppliers.
• Tracks effectiveness and measures results of marketing activities.
• Performs market analysis and marketing plans in conjunction with Business Development Manager, General Manager and Strategy and Growth Manager.
• Provides prospect lists as needed to inside sales representatives.
• Manages online web initiatives, including search sponsorships, website content, design, email campaigns, newsletter campaigns and advertising
• Gathers, consolidates, updates and maintains information on designated assignments.
• Manages leads from trade shows and upload to CRM as needed
• Supports other Veolia companies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Work Environment

Individuals would work in an office environment with travel when needed

Qualifications

**Education / Experience / Background:**

• Bachelors Degree in related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in Marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in overseeing projects and managing relationships with vendors/accounts

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Ability to stay organized

Required Certification / Licenses / Training

• Valid Driver's license

Additional Information

• Targeted Annual Pay:** $50000 ****
