SUMMARY

As a member of the EyeCare Partners (ECP) OPT Marketing team, the Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, email marketing and content creation. This position will be instrumental in implementing activities in partnership with other ECP business support teams and key stakeholders to meet established sales and exam targets.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • \n
  • Create, coordinate and distribute campaign communication.
  • \n
  • Promotion management which includes barcode creation, programing, reporting and audits.
  • \n
  • Investigate and report the performance of campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • \n
  • Develop high-quality content for websites, social media, and marketing materials for OPT/OPH.
  • \n
  • Responsible for SEO development and reporting of OPT and OPH, in coordination with vendor.
  • \n
  • Liaison with MP&A department to develop, coordinate and produce product marketing campaigns.
  • \n
  • Responsible for Email marketing, including automation campaigns, on-off emails and reporting.
  • \n
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with other support services and operations teams.
  • \n
  • Other ad hock project as needed.
  • \n

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience.
  • \n
  • 2-4 years of marketing or communications experience.
  • \n
  • Must have Microsoft Office proficiency skills, including Microsoft Excel and analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • \n
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding proofreading skills.
  • \n
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • \n
  • Must be a self-starter with strong planning skills, able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • \n
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
