Contract: 0.3+ Month Temp to Engage
Shift Time : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (M Through F)
Job description: - The role will require delivering packages and mail envelopes to several different floors within the building, completing administrative office duties, and establishing print jobs.
- The hiring manager is looking for candidates who have basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong customer service skills, and ability to communicate verbally and in email.
- A strong candidate will be a quick learner with a good attitude and ability to work well with a team.
- There will be extensive lifting, standing, and walking from the mailroom to the building.
- Assistance will be available for lifting anything over 50 pounds.
Qualifications for this role include: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic PC skills
- Basic Computer Data Entry Experience
- Basic Typing and Data Entry skills
- Intermediate computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel is plus
Driving: No (But please verify that they have a valid DL as they will be driving a box truck once they are converted to a full-time employee)
Dress Code: Black or Khaki pants, Polo shirt, no jeans or athletic wear
Parking is free.
