Job Description
NSC is looking for a TIG Pipe welder in Washington, IN starting ASAP.
Pay is $36/hr.
Must pass background check and Drug test
Duties
Perform TIG welding on various materials, ensuring precision and quality in each weld.
Assemble and fabricate components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.
Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience
Proven experience in TIG welding, with knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and Stick welding techniques being a plus.
Familiarity with pipeline welding processes and rig assembly is desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge, enabling effective troubleshooting during the welding process.
Ability to solder components as needed during fabrication tasks.
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings is beneficial.
