Pay Rate: $85/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid meal break)
Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week
Travelers Considered: No (Local candidates only)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at a premier wellness and aesthetics clinic in Redondo Beach, CA. This dynamic role combines traditional medical care with innovative wellness and aesthetic treatments. You will be part of a collaborative, client-focused environment that prioritizes excellence, education, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and obtain detailed medical histories
• Develop personalized wellness and treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state laws and scope of practice
• Conduct skin exams and diagnose dermatological concerns
• Administer aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Botox and dermal fillers
  • Laser treatments
  • Chemical peels
  • Other non-surgical cosmetic procedures
• Provide medical consultations with a focus on preventive care and holistic wellness
• Educate clients on treatment options, preventive care, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records
• Stay current with advancements in medical, aesthetic, and wellness practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of California
• Board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
• Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or related fields highly preferred
• Skilled in administering cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about health, beauty, and wellness with a client-centered mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Current BLS certification required
