Position Title: Live-In Personal Assistant
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to switch days (Full-Time, Live-In). 8 hours per day, 9 AM to 6 PM daily, with a break.
Location: Primary residence in Suffield, CT, and Wellington, FL; additional travel possible
Accommodations: CT - Separate apartment suite/FL -Separate wing, en-suite
Compensation: Competitive salary $80,000 $110,000/yr with Health Insurance

Overview:
We seek a trustworthy, energetic, and highly organized male Personal Assistant to support an older gentleman with a beloved Australian Shepherd. This live-in role requires splitting time between Wellington, Florida, and Suffield, Connecticut, with potential additional travel. The ideal candidate is a skilled driver, a capable cook, and a tech-savvy professional who enjoys pet care, household management, and providing discreet, reliable assistance. Experience with older clients, strong judgment, and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooking & Household Management: Prepare healthy, delicious meals daily tailored to the employers preferences, manage grocery shopping, maintain a well-stocked kitchen, and keep the home tidy and organized.
Work with the principal's existing contractors to manage household finances, liaise with vendors, and service providers.
Driving & Car Support: Serve as an excellent, safe driver with an impeccable record, chauffeuring the employer in his car and handling car-related errands (e.g., detailing, service appointments, vehicle maintenance schedules).
Pet Care: Provide loving care for an Australian Shepherd, including feeding, walking, and playtime, ensuring the dogs well-being and happiness.
Scheduling & Travel Support: Maintain and update shared and personal calendars (including family schedules), plan domestic and international travel arrangements (hotels, ground transportation), and accompany the employer between residences and on additional trips as needed.
Tech Support: Demonstrate high proficiency with PC, Mac, and iPhone, troubleshooting and setting up digital devices as required.
Companionship & Errands: Engage in friendly conversation (especially about cars), assist with small personal tasks, and run both business and personal errands to enhance the employers quality of life.

Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems with minimal oversight.
Professional, adaptable, and knowledgeable about Wellington, FL, and Sheffield, CT,
Exceptional organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant in a similar role, ideally with older clients.
Valid drivers license and comfortable driving.
Car enthusiast
Good cooking skills with knowledge of nutrition and dietary preferences.
Physically able to lift moderate weight (e.g., dog food, groceries) and walk/drive for extended periods.
Excellent references.
