Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain ethical standards of practice.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy and counseling services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
