Bay Property Management Group (BMG) Northern Virginia is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our fast-growing team! This role is ideal for sales-driven, self-motivated professionals who want the freedom to manage their own schedule while building a career in real estate.

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll market, show, and lease a portfolio of apartments and single-family homes throughout Northern Virginia . This is a commission-only position with the opportunity to earn $900 per signed lease —no cap on your income.

What You’ll Do

• Market and list available properties across multiple platforms
• Respond to leads and schedule property showings
• Guide renters through the leasing process, from application to move-in
• Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property owners

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
• Membership with NVAR, Sentrilock, and MLS (agent maintains fees)
• Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent personality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and personal cell phone
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage your own schedule
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
