We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines with at least 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance and an active 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license. This is not a standard customer service role; it involves assisting the agent with managing a book of business, maintaining high-level client relationships, and ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and committed to retaining and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the agent with managing and maintaining a book of business, ensuring exceptional service to existing clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and retention.
• Communicate effectively with clients, senior executives, and business owners via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous service to clients and producers.
• Perform policy reviews and address client inquiries to ensure comprehensive coverage and client satisfaction.
• Handle client documentation and process requests with strict adherence to guidelines and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to the agency's growth.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.
Licensing : Active 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license.

Skills :

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to agency standards and procedures.
