About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide project management and engineering leadership for diverse projects. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design high-quality, sustainable building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineering design and provide project management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to develop integrated solutions.
- Select and specify appropriate equipment and materials for projects.
- Document designs using industry-standard formats, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining MODUS design standards.
- Support cross-disciplinary collaboration throughout project development and execution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and Trace 700 and/or Trace 3D Plus is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
