Restore Hyper Wellness in Rock Hill is looking for a dynamic, experienced Esthetician who is looking for an opportunity to lead our skin health department.
This candidate has a "Yes" mentality, strong attention to detail, proactive nature & is an organized leader, who is excited for new challenges.
Someone with strong experience in building a book of business and driving top line revenue & willingness to create comprehensive care plans will excel in this role.
While we have a strong clientele base, we are looking to grow & the ideal candidate will facilitate engaging existing & past clients, while aiding the GM & Marketing manager with marketing campaigns to get new business and grow the membership base.
This leader will coach, mentor & guide the department and the team of estheticians currently on staff.
Engaging on social media and building marketing campaigns is a must as is strong follow up with leads and first time clients.

Qualifications - Youre a SC licensed esthetician.
- SC Advanced Esthetic License preferred.
- You have management experience and experience in building a book of business.
- 1-4 years of esthetic experience, including selling packages & building a book of business.
- Youre experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin equipment - this is preferred but not required.
- Youre certified & experienced in the use of Hydrafacial equipment.
- You can educate and build client care plans & skin health packages.
- You are experienced & focused on growing the business with selling skin health packages and following up with leads
- Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
- You value ethics and integrity.
- You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
Compensation - Hourly + 100% of tips + commission + performance bonuses
Responsibilities People Management
- Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report back to the management team and any additional estheticians on staff with news, updates, and protocol changes
- Ensure all estheticians are trained on all new protocols and products
- Ensure treatment rooms are properly equipped with supplies and fulfill all requirements including but not limited to MSDS, necessary files, paperwork, manuals, and products
- Work with the management team on esthetic staff evaluations and disciplinary action.
- Performing consultations and administering Neveskin along with other esthetic services
- Building and maintaining your own client base
- Maintaining accurate records of each session
- Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
- Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
- Selling Restores esthetic services to existing and new clients
- Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services
- Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
- Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience
- Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.
