Landscape Build Install Crew Leaders

United Landscape in Lexington KY is hiring landscape design/build/hardscaping crew leaders . We workmainly with high-end residential landscapes and are looking for dedicated, hard-working, efficient people who take pride in performing work ofthe highestquality. Jobs and compensation vary depending on your level of experience and leadership abilities. We need leaders capable of training others but can train those who want to make landscaping and hardscaping their career.

Your Mission:

As a crew leader, you provide services directly to our clients. Your primary concerns are providing the highest level of service by being dependable, productive, professional, and working well/safely with your team.Crew leaders must be able to legally drive our trucks and equipment and be insurable.

Top-LevelCandidates Would Have:

• The ability to be a self-starter
• Specialized skills in hardscaping i.e. installing patios, pavers, retaining walls, and water mitigation
• Light construction experience with projects such as outdoor kitchens and pergolas
• Softscaping skills such as tree planting, trimming, pruning, edging, and detailing are a plus
• Multiple years of experience as a landscape crew member (at least 2 years preferred)
• Ahorticulture degree or related trade certifications

Employment Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in landscaping or related field, experience with construction or hardscaping preferred
• Be 18 years of age or over with a high school degree or G.E.D.
• A valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the previous 5 years for crew leaders
• Have the legal right to work in the United States
• Be physically capable of performing the required duties (repetitive movements w/extensive push/pull motion, bending/twisting/stooping, lifting 75lbs)/exposedto loud noises and sharp objects/safetyequipmentsupplied
