Job Description
We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an
international kindergarten based in Beijing’s Chaoyang district. This is a full-time
position starting ASAPJob responsibilitiesSupport the children in
their learning ‐journey
from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering instruction
to learners aged 3-6 while creating a high-quality English learning environment
and maintaining an organized classroomTake full responsibility for the quality of student English
language learningWorking hand in hand with our co-workers inside and outside
of the classroomsCommunicating with parents and teachersParticipating in Teaching department meetings, ongoing
professional development workshops, and curriculum planningSupporting as needed in preparation of events (sports, arts,
celebrations, etc)RequirementsBachelor’s Degree, in early years education preferredDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of English-language
learning and teachingTEFL certificate and authentication or reference letter for
two-years teaching experiencePassion for children's education Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 20,000 to 23,000 RMB before tax commensurate
with experience and qualificationsAccommodation provided or monthly housing allowance of 3000 RMBPublic holidays will be observed, plus three paid days off
